Privacy Statement for E-Licences Governed by the Wildlife Act

Personal information is collected through this e-licence web site under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act as described in the Privacy Statement of the Government of British Columbia.

The information is also collected under the authority of the Wildlife Act. It will be used to administer the licensing program including the processing and updating of licence applications. Questions about the use of information being collected should be forwarded to the Director, Fish and Wildlife, Environmental Stewardship Division, Ministry of Environment.

Licence purchasers may be surveyed by the Fish and Wildlife Branch or their agent for the purposes of fisheries and hunting management.
